Returns can only be processed within 7 days of receiving the products.

If you change your mind about any items purchased, you can return the to us.

Do we give refunds?

Yes. But, only when it’s our mistake, for example – let’s say you ordered a Black shirt but we sent a red one, we will refund you immediately, not just for the product but for the shipping also. Similarly let’s say you wanted print of Design A but we gave you Design B, we’ll refund you.

Unfortunately, due to nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Chromozone reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. In case of wrong items or wrong colour delivered (obviously you’ll have to show us our mistake) however, you may keep the product and we’ll send you a free replacement!

Chromozone entertains all requests for returns or replacements with transparency. We define a defect as a physical characteristic of a product that prevents it from being fit to wear. This characteristic must be objective and independent from an individual’s opinion. This is since we must prepare customized items with your customized artwork that are not off-the-shelf. Once printed, your garment is of no commercial worth to us or anyone else. That is why we check and approve all aspects of the print, the artwork, the garment quality and size with your order before we print it.

Important: Chromozone does not entertain any refunds for that have to do with fitting, printing method, size of garment, print which are subject to one’s opinion. We suggest that if you have any questions regarding your product or print, you read our size charts or image sizes/resolutions which are clearly mentioned on our website.
